Having been singing and playing guitar since she was 7, Cinder has an uncanny ability to reach in and hug your heart. She has always played and sang by ear which has helped Cinder make songs that feel good. You can hear many Cinder Shine songs in TV and film!
As she gets older and wiser, Cinder finds it easier and easier to tap into “the flow” where songs wait for her so she can bring them to life. You can learn her flow shortcuts in "Terminally Smiling".

Cinder Shine is known for her smile and joie de vivre. That’s how she got her name. Cinder inspires and supports her fellow creatives with all her heart.
Visionary wisdom fuels her songwriting. Raw talent and experience make her a compelling artist. With an unending belief in goodness and a great sense of humor, Cinder is not only a great collaborator, but more important, a loving friend.
In 2019 Cinder got off her motorcycle and couldn’t walk, cancer metastatic to the bone. She turned away from a successful fitness business and decided to focus on fun. This decision led her back into songwriting and performing. She also studied sync, practiced, and gained respect, rep deals, and placements, along with countless hours of life-giving satisfaction.
Cinder Shines despite endless treatments and scary cancer moments. She brings her CINDER SPARK to her own inspired solo LP, as well as her Pop, Funk and Hip Hop projects.
